Next month, BOOM! Studios debuts their newest original series, Imagine Agents, written by Brian Joines and illustrated by artist Bachan. It ships with a main cover by Khary Randolph and a retailer incentive cover by Felipe Smith, a “Police Lineup” Connecting Variant.

“Imagine Agents is one of those insanely fun series that reminds you just what comic books are capable of,” says BOOM! Studios Managing Editor Bryce Carlson. “You couldn’t ask for a better team than Brian Joines and Bachan. They know how to take advantage of the medium, and have crafted something truly special. Buckle up and get ready for a wild and crazy ride.”

Brian Joines’ story is one of wit, originality, and heart, complemented by imaginative and loveable art by Bachan.  Big action and bigger fun with the familiarity of Men in Black and “Who Framed Roger Rabbit?”, with a dash of Chew.

“Ever try to wrangle an illiterate, 30-foot tall rock monster away from his five-year-old best friend? Or calm down a 400-pound, muscle-man rag-doll during her daily temper tantrum? For Dave and Terry, it’s all in a day’s work. As agents for I.M.A.G.I.N.E., they are responsible for keeping your imaginary friends in line… Little do they know that six-year-old Elliot and his best bear-friend, Furdlgurr, are about to be entangled in a plan to change everything!”

Imagine Agents  #1 will arrive in stores on October 16th and carries a retail price of $3.99 under Diamond order code AUG131138.
